Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the UK only.

All orders are sent via Evri and are dispatched Monday to Friday.

Once dispatched, please allow 2-4 working days for your order to arrive.

During busy periods, please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed before dispatch.

At checkout, you may choose between Standard and Express Shipping.

Shipping rates range between £2.99-£3.25 dependant on the weight of your package.

Shipping rates range between £4.50-£5.50 dependant on the weight of your package.

Free standard shipping is available on all UK orders over £50.

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at rays.skn@outlook.com and we'll be happy to assist.

If your order has been marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact Evri directly for further guidance.

Digital gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
